Jeffrey Jonathon Hyland was an American real estate businessman, Co-Founder, and President of the luxury real estate brokerage Hilton & Hyland, headquartered in Beverly Hills.
Born in 1946, Hyland was raised in Little Holmby in Los Angeles, California. He attended Cornell University, but returned to California to surf and later graduated from United States International University in San Diego.
He was a founding partner of the firm Alvarez, Hyland and Young before founding Hilton & Hyland with Rick Hilton in 1993.
Jeff Hyland died after battling cancer on February 16, 2022, at age, 75.
