Wendy Choo is a Chinese-American professional wrestler. Her real name is Karen Yu, but she is popularly known by her ring name Wendy Choo.

She was born on January 18, 1992, in China.

She previously appeared as Mei Ying, leader of Tian Sha along with Xia Lia and Bao, and apparently, the character is dropped after Xia Lia moved to the main roster.

Wendy has played two matches on NXT television as Mei Ying. One of the matches was played in October last year where she lost to Indi Hartwell, former NXT Women's Tag Team Champion. After she lost the match she didn't appear on TV until now.
